Your use of this site and the information available on this site is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and by using this site you are acknowledging your consent to them.

Superbad Entertainment in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, although any changes will be posted here.

FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and Superbad Entertainment for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until you have received confirmation of your order in the form of a receipt confirming details of your order. Once the receipt has been printed out, there will be a legally binding contract between us.

This site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use.

PRICE
All prices displayed are in UK pounds. All transactions are processed in Sterling. The price that you pay is the price shown on the site which includes the delivery charges, if any, set out in Superbad Entertainment's Shipping Policy and all other applicable fees which will be clearly marked along side the item. The price online is not necessarily the same as the price anywhere else i.e. retail, mail order or street / store promotions.

Superbad Entertainment reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Superbad Entertainment reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
You may cancel your order for goods for any reason if they have not already been shipped. If the goods have been shipped and / or you have already received them then the following terms will apply:

The only circumstance in which you may not cancel your order is:

• if you have taken any CD out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
• if there is less than 5 working days before the event for which we have delivered tickets to you.
• To cancel your order you must notify Superbad Entertainment in writing by email at

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of packaging and posting the goods back to Superbad Entertainment. Sealed items should not be unpacked. Tickets must not be separated from any perferated section.
• Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment i.e. to the same card used for the sale and at the original selling price of the goods provided that we receive the sales invoice which was sent with the goods. The refund amount will not include the price paid for postage and packing.

RETURNS
Superbad Entertainment hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) Superbad Entertainment delivers are not what you ordered or are defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and Superbad Entertainment will provide a refund or replacement at the discretion of the Superbad Entertainment management.

LOST DELIVERIES
If your goods are lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your goods as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait 30 days before replacing your goods as advised by the Royal Mail. Where goods were delivered by our courier service we must wait 7 days before replacing your goods. All replacement items will be shipped at the cost of Superbad Entertainment.

AVAILABILITY
The site will show you whether or not any product is available before you place your order. In the event that any product is not immediately available the site will display when it is expected to be available for dispatch and any order that you place for such product will be on the basis that it will not be dispatched before such date.

SHIPPING
The goods you buy will be shipped to you by one of several methods. The exact method(s) available for each purchase will be identified along side the item before you buy. Indication will be given concerning delivery times and whether a signature is required.

UK Recorded Delivery: this will be despatched first class by Royal Mail. We have been advised by the Royal Mail that packages sent by this method generally arrive within 1-2 days of posting. A signature is required.

UK Special Delivery: this will be despatched by Royal Mail. We have been advised by the Royal Mail that packages sent by this method normally arrive by 12:00pm on the next working day. A signature is required.

UK Courier: this will be despatched using our Courier service. Orders placed by this method should reach you within 24 hours of despatch. Please note that goods despatched on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday. Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

International Air Recorded: this will be despatched first class by Air Mail. Upon entering the shipping country, it will enter the postal system of the country concerned. It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 3-5 days of despatch for European destinations, and within 5-7 days of despatch for the Rest Of The World. With this method we also include the Recorded Mail service so that a signature is required upon delivery

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Superbad Entertainment does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Superbad Entertainment.

While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order.

Superbad Entertainment cannot be held responsible for International taxes or levies charged for your order.

FORCE MAJEURE
Superbad Entertainment will not be liable to you in the event that it is prevented by circumstances beyond its control from delivering any product which you have ordered or for any damaged or defective goods.

VALIDITY
If any term, condition, or provision of these terms and conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions and provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Superbad Entertainment relating to the subject matter herein. In particular you should note that nothing said by any Superbad Entertainment employee in relation to the site should be taken as a variation of these terms and conditions or as a representation about the products being sold by Superbad Entertainment and Superbad Entertainment shall have no liability to you or any other person for any such representation being untrue.

GOVERNING LAW
Any contract between us will be interpreted, construed and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and any dispute in relation to such contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
